      Since JRA-21004 we no longer have automatic (anonymized) exports of jira data attached when filing a support request from jira.

      If we file a support request now, we have to manually create a data export and attach it to the support case.

      This is all working fine and it's not a problem to create a manual export.

      However, the data export we create this way (manually) is not anonymized. We can anonymize it by using: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Anonymising+data?utm_source=support

      However, this involves some handwork in a terminal window/command prompt.

      My suggestion is to add an option the manual data export functionality to be able to anonymize the export.
