      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be useful if we could define a 'signature' added to the bottom of emails sent by JIRA, configurable either by instance or project, to include information about how to contact internal JIRA support folks and most importantly ... "Please do not reply with history"
