In order to complete this task - the following steps should be taken:
- ProjectServiceImpl.getComponents(...) should be changed to use the ProjectComponentService to retrieve the components.
- Convert SoapUtils.getComponents(...) to take a ProjectComponent object and convert to a RemoteComponent. This will entail adding a constructor to RemoteComponent that sets the ID and name as determined from the ProjectComponent object.
