Sub-Task blocking condition is not displayed correctly in Transition Condition screen after it has been added.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Sub-Tasks
2. Copy JIRA default workflow.
3. Edit condition to add sub-task blocking condition.
4. Once the condition has been added - it is not correctly displayed on the transition condition screen.
5. If the condition is edited, the condition is displayed correctly.

The following error is reported in the logs:
