character conversion error: Malformed UTF-8 char

      I would like to populate a new Jira installation with some content which I have exported from another demo installation.

      I got the following error message:

      Form Errors:
      Exception occurred: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character conversion error: "Malformed UTF-8 char – is an XML encoding declaration missing?" (line number may be too low).

      As a work around: If you could provide us with some demo content (e.g. a snapshot of the Jira demosite) it would help

            Are you importing this data into 1.4.3? I thought this error was fixed in that release.
