Correct documentation for the location of "Releas notes"

The Release notes entry is missing from the Reports menu in 3.3. There are both released and unreleased versions for the project. (see screenshot)

What I find interesting is that the other Reports all have a corresponding plugin, but the "Release notes" report does not.

Is there a way to generate a certain type (Text) only from the the Change Log tab? This could be a workaround (since we only use that report).
