Improvement to Filters: Filter by project category

It would be nice if one could filter based on "All project in category X". The reason is that you only allow searches on fields that are common to all projects. So, it is not possible to search on a custom field that only exists in projects of type A and not type B unless you manually select all of the projects yourself. Since the project themselves change, this makes the saved filter obsolete in short order.
