Filter Groups in Administration / Group Browser is case sensitive

    Description

      The Filter Groups box used to limit the visibility of groups in the Groups Browser seems to be case sensitive.

      Let's say you have groups

      • My group
      • my second group
      • My third Group

      Filtering for "group" shows you the first two groups but not the third while "my" shows only the second group. Obviously this means that in Jira installations with mixed case group names, administrators can't really use the filtering as it's not reliable.
