Cloning an issue copies fix versions for archived versions

    Description

      I cloned an issue that was fixed in an earlier (archived) release because it was easier than creating one from scratch.
      But then the new issue got flagged as having been fixed in archived versions, and the only way to untag them would be to unarchive the versions for the project. Cloning an issue should not copy this information.
