Filter names not displayed properly in shared Filter portlet, depending on their description

Depending on a filter description, the filter name won't be displayed correctly in the shared filters portlet. This was not the case in JIRA 3.1.1.

This happens if you create a filter ( || is just to delimiter the values!):

• name : |My filter|
• description : |Liste l'ensemble des fiches dont le status est "open" ou "ready for change", qui sont assignées à l'utilisateur courant |
  The leading white space in the description is important!

The problem appears also with |" '|.
