The fields 'Created' and 'Updated' and 'Due' are displayed in different date/time formats in
(a) the View Issue Screen (sometimes '05.09.2005 16:45', sometimes 'Monday 16:45')
(b) a list of issues in the Issue Navigator (always '05.09.2005')
Can the date/time format in the View Issue Screen be changed e.g., via property file?
