Multi user picker loses checked users when Prev / Next clicked

    Description

      In the multi-user picker (eg. when adding watchers), if you:

      • Filter by a group with lots of users
      • Check the box for a user
      • Click 'Next'
      • Check another user
      • Submit

      Then only the second checked user is added.
