iOS Safari Menu Buttons Break after navigating to Issue View in mobile website mode

Environment

  Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to instance using mobile safari and log in
2. Click the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner and then navigate to a specific issue to load the issue view
3. Now click the issues button to navigate back to the mobile landing page
4. Click the 3 lines (hamburger) in the upper left hand corner to reveal the navigation options of Assigned to me, Reported by me, and Recently Viewed and try to click on one of these options

We navigate to the selected option

Actual Results

No response occurs as if the buttons are not selectable
