Summary
LDAP Connectors are added with "crowd.sync.incremental.enabled": "true" by default, however our documentation indicates that for "Enable Incremental Synchronization" that
This setting is only available if the directory type is set to "Microsoft Active Directory".
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a new LDAP directory of a type besides Microsoft Active Directory
- Review your Directory Configuration Summary afterwards
Expected Results
"crowd.sync.incremental.enabled": "false" would appear in the newly added LDAP directory.
Actual Results
"crowd.sync.incremental.enabled": "true" is shown for the new directory.
Workaround
To change from True to False, Edit the existing Directory connector, set the type dropdown to Microsoft Active Directory and then uncheck the Incremental Sync checkbox. Change the type dropdown back to the original type, then save the changes.
