Summary

Some of Cloud customers will be hitting by our Atlassian Connect issue which connecting several of add-ons (JMWE, Zendesk, etc). The issue will affect the post function that provided by the add-on.

Workaround

Our support team are able to assist with the application of a permanent fix for those instances affected via support.atlassian.com

Update

A fix for this incident has been developed and verified and is currently being delivered to all customers
