CSV export with object fields not working properly on JIRA 7.2

Summary

When exporting issues on CSV with fields that return objects rather than a String or an integer value (e.g. Time Between custom field from Enhancer Plugin for JIRA), instead of exporting the field value, JIRA is exporting the classname.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On JIRA, filter for issues that contain a Time Between custom field
2. Choose CSV export

Expected Results

The value from this field should appear on the CSV export.

Actual Results

The class name and memory address (e.g. "com.myplugin.mycustomfield@72345") is returned instead.

Notes

Before JIRA 7.2, xls export was using the file specified in "column-view" attribute in custom field definition within atlassian-plugin.xml file (also issue navigator was using this file).

From version 7.2 on it does not take this configuration into account.

Workaround

Currently, there's no workaround for that
