Summary

Anonymous made transition is shown on transition tab, instead of the user name.
The issue is occurring only for users that have had their username changed.

Transition tab is provided by Suite Utilities for JIRA add-on.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change a user's username
2. Transition an issue with the user you renamed in step 1

Expected Results

The name of the user who transitioned the issue should be shown

Actual Results

The tab transition shows "Anonymous" instead of the user name

Workaround

Name the user back to the original username or alternatively check the 'history' tab for the name of the person that executed the transition.
