Admin user can not enable rich text editor until prompted a web sudo on some other admin page

Summary

Admin user can not enable rich text editor until prompted a web sudo on some other admin page

Environment

JIRA with a web sudo configured.
Web sudo session has to be expired.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Administration -> Rich Text Editor
2. Try to change the toggle that correspondends to the Rich Text Editor.

Expected Results

For a case when the websudo session expired - a page asking for input a password.

Actual Results

For a ca se when the websudo session expired toggle does not change it's value. No additional information is shown.

Workaround

Navigate to any other administration page.

Admin user is asked to input password to get admin permissions (websudo).

Navigate back to the RTE page and change the toggle.
