Invalid session when editing Rich text editor

Summary

If you access Rich text editor by pressing g+g (as shortcut), you won't be able to enable/disable rich text editor for users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as Admin
2. Open the Administration Search Dialog Box and access Rich text editor
3. Try to disable or enable this feature

Expected Results

Enable or disable this flag with no issues

Actual Results

The operation will fail with no information in the logs

Notes

This seems to be caused due to the invalid session as the HTTP code (401) of the following img:

Workaround

1. Navigate through any other configuration from the system page as JIRA will ask for the admin credentials.
2. Instead of use the search dialog box, navigate through: JIRA Administration > System > Rich test editor Screen
