Summary

The transition either fails with error or the transition buttons are completely gone from issue view.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud v1000.98.0
• JIRA Suite Utilities add-on in use

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue
2. Try to close it (or transition it to another status)

Expected Results

Transition buttons are displayed / Issue is transitioned

Actual Results

The transition either fails with an error or the transition buttons are completely gone from issue view.

an error can be seen in the logs such as (accessible in cloud by Atlassian staff only)

com.googlecode.jsu.workflow.condition.ValueFieldCondition	java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.googlecode.jsu.workflow.condition.ValueFieldCondition

Workaround

For cloud customers, log a request in the cloud project at https://support.atlassian.com and the Atlassian Support team will be able to resolve the issue.
No downtime for JIRA is required.
