            Hi lyka.i.bernardo,

This bug is linked with JRA-63769, which is itself a regression caused by the initial fix for this issue.

We've recently added an update to JRA-63769 about our status for fixing the problem, which includes a fix for this bug as well.

I'd recommend reading this comment for when to expect a fixed version of JIRA, and how you can fix the issue in the short-term. If you have further questions after reading it, please feel free to comment on either issue

            Cheers,
            Chris.

Hello - do you have update for this? We are using 7.2.4 and encountered this issue last January, made some changes with the configuration specifically the Oauth (Impersonation) config. It worked for a while but now we are again facing the same issue eventhough we do not have any config change after it worked last time. :/

            Hi

We upgraded to 7.2.4 in  december but the issue still occurs.

For us this problem has always been for pages, we rarely use blog posts.

And it's not persistent, with repetitive page-reloads the title sometimes displays, but after a while it's gone again.

            Hi

Following an upgrade to JIRA version 7.2.4 this issue still occurs but not just blog posts but pages as well. The workaround is not very useful for us due to the complexity of our system. Is there going to be a FIX deployed for this at a later release? Our confluence version is 6.0.1

Hi sam.fang.guo1938377698, the fix I made is definitely in JIRA 7.2.4, but perhaps the fix does not cover all possible reasons why a blog post link would appear as "Page failed to load". Could you tell me a little more about the links you are making – the kind of content you are linking to in Confluence, and the names of the page? If you would rather not post those on a public issue, you can raise a support ticket for JIRA Server, providing the details for the links that are not working for you, and we can help you through there.

Did you fix this issue in JIRA 7.2.4, since we have upgrade to this version and we do hit this issue. But it works some times after upgrading and it ran into this issue couple days after the upgrade.  Any suggestion?

Hi all! I looked in to this problem, and it appeared to be caused by JIRA making assumptions about Confluence's XMLRPC API. At some point in time, Confluence started returning different responses when asking for pages vs. blog posts. I've updated how JIRA handles the responses, and my patch should land in JIRA 7.2.4 and 7.3. Thanks for your patience!

YOU GUYS ARE KILLING ME. I WASTED A WHOLE NIGHT TRYING TO FIX THIS IN MY CONFIGURATION ONLY TO FIND IT"S A KNOWN BUG. We use blogposts ALL the time and not linking from JIRA is a big deal for us.

I can confirm another case of this occurring with JIRA Server 6.4.13 and Confluence 5.9.7.
