      Summary

      Most JIRA fields do not display unless they have data populated. JIRA should offer the ability to force a field to display no matter what

      Expected Results

      When creating a field or editing the properties of an existing field, the user should be able to check a box that forces the field to always display

      Actual Results

      There is no option to do this. Subsequently fields with no data do not display unless they are required.
