      Problem Definition

      Currently the most of the user experienced with this JSW-12792 bug after they upgraded to Jira 7 and there are no any documentation that stated that Jira Agile add-on in previous version (eg:6.4.x) must be upgraded before upgrade to Jira 7. Also this bug is not mentioned in the Release Note.

      Suggested Solution

      1. Add the following In the "Release Note" for Jira 7
        JSW-12792 is a known bug.
      2. Add the following in the upgrade task list of Migration Hub documentation:
        JIRA Agile must upgrade to version 6.7.12 before upgrading to JIRA Software 7.1.0 or later
