      Problem Definition

      HipChat for JIRA doesn’t currently have many (if any) options to control permissions on a group level. It would be helpful if administrators would be able limit which users are able to utilize the Create Room function.

      Suggested Solution

       
      Perhaps consider expanding the Permissions options to allow for more customization, and allow add-ons to be able to configure their own permissions as well.
