      In Jira Date picker:

      • Week 01: January 1, 2016 and January 2, 2016
      • Week 02: January 4, 2016 - January 10, 2016
      • Week 03: January 11, 2016 - January 17, 2016

      Note: The problem appeared only from Jan 2016 (in 2015 it was OK)
