I couldn't find an existing ticket for this though it seems like a pretty obvious omission.

On the screen for "CVS Modules" under "Global Settings" one can add and edit but not remove modules. I could really use a "Del" operation next to "Edit" and "Test".

Incidentally, the link to this screen and the heading say "CVS Modules" but the page title is "Code Repositories". I suggest they be the same string. The latter makes more sense since other SCMs are supported via plug-ins.
