create new issue exception - generic value can not be null

• While not logged in to Jira, navigate to http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/CreateIssue.jspa
• You will be presented with a screen to logon
• Logon and you will see the following exception on the create issue screen
  Form Errors:
  An exception occurred: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Generic Value cannot be null..

This seems to be caused because the user is redirected to the same form they tried to use without being logged in, and the info sent to the form has not been updated with their login session.

Simply clicking on 'Create New Issue' removes the form exception
