We're using (3.0-preview3-#70) with jdk 1.3 (I think). We store data in MS SQL server2000 and use weblogic as the app server.

Anyway my problem is that I have a hard time navigating around the different functions on Jira. It's not very intuitive. Have you guys ever done a user task analysis or similar usability test? You'll discover a heckuva alot.

I like alot of the features of this product ...but I just find it difficult to use. Improving the usability would help alot!
