Workflow ids are missing from the REST list of workflows

The REST resource rest/api/2/workflow.json returns a list of workflows with names but not the id. So there's no easy way to retrieve more details about each workflow because you don't get the id.

Use case: retrieve the XML of multiple workflows to check that a post function is present in all cases
