      Summary

      The Development Integration Panel is not displayed, because the Development Integration Plugin is disabled

      Notes

      Cause:

      The "Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Development Integration Plugin" now requires "JIRA Bamboo Plugin" that is disabled on the instance so it fails to load.

      Workaround

      Please create a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com with the preferable time to restart JIRA.
      It will take 10 to 15 minutes of downtime.

      Update:

      All sites will be fixed after next scheduled Maintenance window.
