The Application Navigator option is gone from System > User Interface > Application Navigator in JIRA 7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access an instance already migrated to JIRA 7
2. Go to System > User Interface > Application Navigator

Expected Results

Choose > System> User Interface and access * Application Navigator*.

Actual Results

Application Navigator option does not show up when following the above steps.

Previous versions of JIRA don't seem to be affected.

Workaround

In JIRA home page, click on the Navigation menu (top left corner) and then choose “Configure…” .
