      All JIRA Cloud instances should now be fixed. If the problem is still occurring please let Support know at https://support.atlassian.com

      Summary

      Atlassian Connect add-ons such as Zephyr for JIRA have stopped functioning after the upgrade performed on the 17th of August. This is caused by the Atlassian Connect add-on being disabled.
