Atlassian Connect add-ons disabled after 17th of August upgrade (e.g. Zephyr)

      Summary

      Atlassian Connect add-ons such as Zephyr for JIRA have stopped functioning after the upgrade performed on the 17th of August. This is caused by the Atlassian Connect add-on being disabled.
