Description

Issue Summary
Attempting to restore a backup from JIRA Cloud (latest version: 7.0.0-OD-01-193) to JIRA 6.4.8 or 6.4.10 always throws the following error.
.The file you are trying to import is from JIRA 7.0.0-OD-01-193, which is newer than your current version of JIRA and will not work. The import file claims it can be successfully imported into JIRA 6.4.8 or later.
If JIRA 6.4.8 is not yet available for download, please contact support.
Resolution
This was a data problem, and the data has been fixed for all existing customers.
If you had previously hit this problem, please do a new export and import from that new file.
Exception
If you have created a new Cloud instance in the last few days, then you may still hit this error when migrating from Cloud to Server.
If this effects you then raise a support ticket and let our support team help you out.
