Cannot view Filter name in 2-dimensional filter in case of 0 result

Summary

If you create a 2 Dimensional gadget from a saved filter, which returns no issues it shows ‘No Matching Issues Found', without showing the filter name. This makes it difficult to differentiate between gadgets. The Filter name is displayed only if the filter returns more than 0 records.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a saved filter which will return no issues
2. Create a 2-Dimensional gadget on the dashboard from the filter

Expected Results

The filter name should be shown at the bottom of the gadget.

Actual Results

It just shows ‘No Matching Issues Found'
