      Problem Definition

      When a user, like a Team Lead, leaves the company or is on a long leave, Then we have to start a long process of reassigning each project of the former user to another user.

      Suggested Solution

      A Bulk change function for Project Lead, to reassign all the project assigned to the former user to another user, so that a new user could take charge.
