Issue Collector Small Window Size

Summary

Logged in and logged out user are seeing different size of window for the issue collector. Logged out user are seeing small size issue collector window and logged in user are seeing full size issue collector window. Inconsistence behavior of the issue collector.

Steps to Reproduce

Configure the Issue Collector Form

Template set to : Custom

Message :
if no message define, the window will be very small, if there are message define, window will be larger

When Match reporter is set to :
Attempt to match user session of submitter or submitter email address

• Logged in user : will see full window
• Logged out user : Will see small window

Always use Issue Reporter

• Logged in user : Will see small window
• Logged out user : Will see small window

Expected Results

• Should be seeing complete window size for the issue collector

Actual Results

When Match reporter is set to :
Attempt to match user session of submitter or submitter email address

• Logged in user : will see full window
• Logged out user : Will see small window

Always use Issue Reporter

• Logged in user : Will see small window
• Logged out user : Will see small window

Workaround

• Do not use custom template / Define a longer message under Issue Collector Form > Message
