Symptoms

• User cannot transition an issue, if the transition contains a webhooks post function. Error message:

  Could not load FunctionProvider class

• Administrators see blank page when visiting Webhook administration page
• Administrators cannot see Webhook administration page

Additional Note On FIX:

• In some cases this requires an additional restart of the JIRA service to restart the plugin appropriately

If you are still experiencing this Please file a support request at https://support.atlassian.com requesting a restart to JIRA with a time and date to apply the maintenance. And please reference this bug in your case.

• The restart should take no more than 25m, if no unexpected problems occur.
