JIRA Projects :: Upload project icon not working on Agile Board

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When users click "Upload image for project: ____" on their JIRA Agile board, users are brought to the project summary page and cannot upload an icon from here.

      The project admin must go into the projects admin settings to upload an image. Seems like this should just be a link to upload instead of a link to the project summary page.
