ictime - JIRA Time Tracking & Reporting does not work with UPM 2.17.13

      UPM 2.17.13 does not accept license for ctime - JIRA Time Tracking & Reporting.

      The license is correct but it shows incompatible with product license ( wrong type )

      When trying to log time, an error message shows that the license is not valid.

      Unable to log work, view logs or run any reports.

      *Workaround : *
      Update UPM :
      1. Go to Manage Add-ons page
      2. Scroll to Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin
      3. Click update
      4. Restart JIRA & Re-index.
