Steps to reproduce

1. create an archive a Version;
2. create/edit an issue in the respective JIRA project;
3. in the Fix Version or Affects Version field, type in the name of the archived Version - JIRA will indicate it's a new Version and accept the new value;
4. attempt to save the changes.
   Result: an error is thrown:

   A version with this name already exists in this project.

Expected result: at step 3, JIRA should indicate that the Version name exists and that the Version is archived. The version should be added to the field.
