      Currently, the description of this condition is:

      Condition to hide a transition from the user. The transition can only be triggered from a workflow function.

      It would help to clarify that, stating that the transition will only be executed through a Workflow Trigger. The current description - 'Workflow Function' - can cause confusion as it appears post-functions are able to transition the issue.
