      Steps to reproduce

      1. Browse through any JIRA Workflow
      2. In the design mode, scroll the mouse wheel

      Current behaviour

      The whole page scrolls up and down

      Expected behaviour

      In previous versions (like in JIRA 6.1.5) this zoomed the workflow diagram. The expected behaviour is to bring this feature back.
