The attachment folder in the Jira backups zip file are not displayed in windows, even though the files are present (and visible in linux)

to replicate:

1. Go to Backup manager
2. Create a Jira backup with including attachments
3. Download the Jira backup to windows
4. In windows open the Jira backup or extract the Jira backup

result: the attachment folder is not present

confirm the Jira backup

1. Download the Jira backup to linux/mac
2. unzip the Jira backup

result: the attachment folder is present

work around
use a different unzip application (eg. winrar, 7-Zip)
