label with 'jira_' at the begenning gets added then instantly removes itself when zendesk is enabled

Setps to reproduce:

1. enable Atlassian Connect Zendesk plugin
2. add a label to an issue with "jira_" at the beginning

Expected Behavior

label is added to the issue

Actual behavior

the label is added to the Issue in the DB then Immediately removed by Zendesk plugin

Workaround:

Disabling Zendesk allows use of "jira_" labels
OR
Do not use labels eith "jira_" at the begenning

Examples:

1. Labels that vanish:

• "jira_test"
• "jira__test"
• "jira_skjdhfksjh"

1. Labels that do not vanish

• "test_jira_"
• "jiratesting"
• "testjira_"
• "test_akjlsdhgkjsdhf"
