Indexing error with Charting Plugin

      When I try to use the Average Time in Status Gadget of the JIRA Charting Plugin I always get the error in the configuration:

      Indexing is currently not configured so no issue searching can be performed. Please configure indexing.

      I already did re-index but nothing changed.

      I am using JIRA version 6.3.3 and tried with JIRA charting plugin 1.26 and 1.23.
