Avatar is editable after Gravatar enabled

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to User Profile
      2. Use a email with Gravatar account.
      3. With Gravatar option enabled, click on the avatar

      Expected Behaviour

      Gravatar should not be editable as quoted in our documentation:

      If Gravatar has been enabled, you will not be able to choose JIRA-specific user avatars and vice versa.

      Actual Behaviour:

      Gravatar can change to custom avatar.
