Can't drag field between tabs on the screen designer

Reproduction Steps

1. Create tab on screen using the screen designer.
2. (BUG) Try and drag fields from old tab to new one. It just wont work.

I can only reproduce in >= 6.2

Workaround

Remove the field from the first tab and the proceed to add it to the new tab.
