Allow Share feature to log to history (configurable)

      I received this request from one of my "power users":
      Could they add a public checkbox to the SHARE windows popup. If click public, then it gets tracked in the comments sections. They can also make it a configurable option in the profile. If the message is sent as public, then the response and any additional emails on that thread, should be public as well.
