Issue type New Feature not translated in new Software Development project

Using JIRA 6.1.6 standalone in spanish, when creating a new Software Development project, every time "New Feature" issue type is diplayed, the original english spelling is used, "New Feature", instead of spanish translation "Nueva Funcionalidad". All Issue Types except New Feature, despite of being associated to the project type by default, are shown in their spanish translation. "New Feature" translation is available in spanish (España) for JIRA 6.1.6.
